Terms These terms apply to the classes, workshops, corporate workshops and Clay Parties at Korkodilos. By booking or taking part you accept them.

Bookings. Your place is booked once we confirm it and [PAYMENT METHOD AND TIMING, e.g. paid in full / X% deposit paid]. Places in each class are limited.

Prices. Prices are in euros and include 24% VAT, materials, tools and the firing of your pieces, unless stated otherwise. A legal receipt or invoice is issued for every payment.

Payments. You pay at the studio or only to Korkodilos’s official accounts shown in the booking app (book.korkodilosathens.gr), under «How to pay». We never ask for card details by email, message or phone. We are not responsible for payments made to accounts or links not shown there; if you receive such a request in our name, don’t pay and let us know at korkodilos20@gmail.com.

Monthly 4×3. The package is four three-hour classes, one a week, on the same day and time, within one month. The 2- and 3-month packages are valid for [CONSECUTIVE MONTHS?]. Missed class: [WHETHER AND HOW IT CAN BE MADE UP, e.g. on another day the same week if there is a free place].

Cancellations by you. [DEADLINE AND REFUND, e.g. up to X days before: full refund or credit · later: no refund]. For bookings made at a distance, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services on a specific date (Greek law 2251/1994, Art. 3ιστ).

Cancellations by us. If we cancel a class or workshop (e.g. illness or an emergency), we offer you another date or refund the full amount for it.

Corporate workshops & Clay Parties. Price, group size, deposit and cancellation terms are agreed in writing with our offer.

Your pieces. Pieces dry and are fired in the studio and are ready in about [X WEEKS]. We let you know when they are ready; pieces not collected within [X MONTHS] may be recycled. Clay is a living material: a crack or an unexpected colour after firing is part of the process and not a reason for a refund.

In the studio. Please follow the teachers’ instructions for tools, the wheel and materials. Wear clothes that can get dirty. Tell us about allergies or anything else we should know. Minors take part with the consent of a parent or guardian [AND FROM AGE X].

Liability. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged in the studio. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

Personal data. How we handle your details and photos is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law. Greek law applies; the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. As a consumer you can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

Changes. We may update these terms; each booking is governed by the terms valid on the day it was made. Last updated: [DATE].
